miss igorota went on a pilgrimage to the divine mercy shrine at stockbridge, massachusetts last saturday. the bus ride was about 3 hours from new jersey. it was "filipino heritage" day so groups from different counties of new jersey, and one from albany, gathered to pray and hear mass celebrated by monsignor jeremias rebinal of the archdiocese of newark.
the shrine is located atop eden hill, a relaxing place filled with lush greenery. the weather was gorgeous...but it did drizzle a bit after mass in the afternoon.
