Jersey Iggy visited the oldest surviving church in Ottawa: the Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica.
It was recognized as a National Historical Site in 1978. Located just across the National Gallery of Canada, tourists of all faiths come here to admire the intricate Gothic interiors of this church.
