meatballs with brussels sprouts and sliced mushrooms cooked in strawberry jam (!)
why strawberry jam? well, apart from the fact that miss iggy ♥ strawberries, she wanted to recreate the meatball recipe from ikea that she and fortuitous faery also love: swedish meatballs with lingonberry sauce. this time, she's added a strawberry twist.
it's easy to prepare, like ten minutes or so. well, it helps that the meatballs were "pre-cooked", so you basically just toss and mix everything else in the pan.
the strawberry jam was a gift from fortuitous faery's german friend who grows wonderful things in her garden and then makes delicious food out of it. the jar used was just for packaging purposes...the jam is 100% home-made.

Strawberry is my favorite fruit as it is a natural antiinflammatory
Beef provides so much iron for a healthy body1
roentarre: yes, and people should eat more fruits. :)
but too much beef in one's diet can be harmful, too.
