Egg-citing Time in Albany

Miss Iggy found herself once again in New York's capital: Albany. She had more time to roam around, and the weather was perfect.  Here she is by The Egg, so-called because of its half-eggshell shape. It's located at the Empire State Plaza and is a popular venue for conventions, concerts, and special performances.

Speaking of eggs, this post comes at a time when there is currently a salmonella outbreak in the States due to some bad eggs being sold in supermarkets. Make sure you cook your eggs thoroughly! Here's the list of recalled eggs by brand and box numbers!

Your title had me laughing out loud, but it's just perfect for that building!

I read about the salmonella scare. Since I first learned what salmonella was, I've been very careful with my eggs and chicken. I could never understand why people still insisted in having their eggs only partially cooked.

Stay safe and healthy!

I like my eggs fried, with the edges toasted. I wonder how Miss Iggy likes hers? And now I also find myself imagining how big a chicken must be to lay that one in the photo! Egg-citing indeed!

I remember as a kid back in the province, we were made to eat raw eggs over rice with rock salt! I actually liked it! And we didn't get sick! Hehe.
